Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We partner with international and U.S.-based fulfilment centres to offer the best balance of quality and cost.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada, UK, Europe: 7–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update, as tracking numbers may take time to activate depending on the carrier.
Tracking updates can be viewed directly via the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
